Event to consult about the future of Colwick Vale Surgery
Published: 11 January 2016 | Categories: Events
Both Colwick Vale Surgery and Netherfield Medical Centre are operated by Trentside Medical Group, whose five-year contract to deliver GP services at Colwick Vale Surgery comes to an end Thursday 31 March 2016.
Due to unsustainable costs, Trentside Medical Group has made the difficult decision to stop delivering services at Colwick Vale Surgery after this date.
In order to enable as many patients as possible to have their say about the changes, they have organised a public event on Thursday 21 January from 6.30pm to 8.30pm at Colwick Community Centre, Vale Road, Colwick, Nottingham, NG4 2GP
Health commissioners from Nottingham North and East Clinical Commissioning Group will also be attending to consult about the impact the potential closure of Colwick Vale Surgery may have on local patients, and they are keen to get views from residents who may be affected by a potential closure.
