What’s your story?
Your NHS stories and experience
We want to commission patient-centred care that meets your expectations. To do this we need to hear about your NHS experiences.
Your feedback is collated and analysed by the Patient Experience Team. We then use your experiences to feed into the commissioning strategies with the ultimate aim of improving your services.
We also love to hear what works well in the NHS….

Patient Advice and Liaison Service (PALS)
The Nottinghamshire County Patient Advice and Liaison Service provides information and advice on local NHS services for patients, their families and carers and is often the first point of contact for residents who live in the Nottinghamshire County area.
While we all prefer compliments, there’s no doubt that we need complaints too. We need to know what’s going wrong or not working that well so we can improve our service.
Complaints form an important element of such feedback and reflect where services that have been commissioned have failed to meet with patients’ expectations.
